Exercises
1. Invert: "If I had realised the problem, I would have fixed it."
2. Invert: "If she were more patient, she would succeed."
3. Write a mixed conditional: past action, present result.
4. Replace "if" with "but for": "If it had not been for his support, I would have given up."
5. Replace "if" with "provided that": "If you arrive before 9am, you will get a seat."
6. Rewrite as inverted mixed: "If they had planned carefully, they would be in a better position now."
