The DELE B2 (formerly Intermedio) certifies a high degree of fluency and understanding. It demonstrates that you can interact with native speakers with a sufficient degree of fluency and spontaneity, produce clear, detailed text on a wide range of subjects, and explain a viewpoint on a topical issue giving the advantages and disadvantages of various options.

Task 1: An informative text (approx. 400 words) with 6 multiple-choice questions (A, B, C).
Task 2: Match 10 statements with 4 short texts (A, B, C, D).
Task 3: Reconstruct a text (approx. 450 words) by filling 6 gaps with the correct fragments (from 8 options).
Task 4: A text with 14 grammatical or vocabulary gaps. Choose the correct option (A, B, or C).
The written papers (reading and listening) are scored out of 25 each; the writing and speaking are also out of 25 each. To pass, you must get at least 60% in each group: comprehension (reading + listening) and expression (written + oral). The minimum passing score is 30/50 in each group.
