Part 6 — Gapped Text
A long text with seven paragraphs removed. Place them back in order. One paragraph is a distractor.
Strategy
- Read the gapped text first to follow the argument's flow
- Each missing paragraph must link to BOTH the preceding and following text
- Watch for cohesion clues: pronouns, linking words, lexical chains, topic continuity
- One paragraph won't fit anywhere — eliminate it once you're sure
- Re-read the whole text after answering to verify the flow
- Time guide: 18 minutes
