Possession — I have got a phone.
Family — She has got two brothers.
Note — More common in British English
Positive form
I / You / We / They — have got ('ve got)
He / She / It — has got ('s got)
Example — I’ve got a dog. She’s got blue eyes.
Negative form
I / You / We / They — haven't got
He / She / It — hasn't got
Example — I haven’t got a car. She hasn’t got sisters.
Questions
